Throughout her career, Tearea has helped organizations secure and steward millions of dollars in public, philanthropic, and private investment, while strengthening the strategies and relationships necessary to create lasting impact. Her experience includes leading fundraising initiatives, developing organizational and program strategies, cultivating major donors and institutional partners, advising executives and boards, and helping emerging organizations build the infrastructure needed for their next stage of growth.

Today, Tearea serves as Executive Director, where she leads the organization’s strategy and growth at the intersection of entrepreneurship, climate innovation, and economic opportunity.
